Spinach Casserole

- 2 boxes chopped frozen spinach
- 1 can artichoke hearts (about size of a soup can)
- 1 small carton sour cream
- 1 stick oleo
- 1 c. chopped onion
- 1 c. Parmesan cheese
Directions

1Cook spinach as directed; drain and squeeze excess water out. Squeeze water out of artichokes.

2Saute onion in butter until onion is clear.

3Add sour cream.

4Spread bottom of casserole with half of spinach-artichoke mixture.

5Spread half of sour cream and onion mixture on top, then spread 1/2 cup of cheese.

6Repeat same for second layer.

7Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
