  • 2 pie shells, cooked
  • 1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 5 Tbsp. flour
  • 3 bananas
  • 1/2 c. chopped pecans
  • 1 large box Dream Whip (2 pkg.)
  • 1 can Angel Flake coconut
  • 1 medium jar maraschino cherries

Directions

    Mix pineapple, sugar and flour.

    Cook until thickened.

    Cool. Prepare Dream Whip as directed.

    Fold in coconut and cherries (chopped) except reserve 12 for top.

    Slice bananas in bottom of crust; sprinkle nuts over bananas.

    Spread pineapple filling over this.

    Top with Dream Whip and whole cherries.

    Refrigerate for 2 hours before serving.

    Makes two 9-inch pies.
