- 1 lb. cottage cheese
- 5 oz. Cheddar cheese, grated
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 1/4 c. butter, melted
- 3 eggs, beaten
- salt and pepper to desired taste
Directions

1To the beaten eggs, add the other ingredients one at a time, mixing well.

2Pour into a greased 1 1/2-quart casserole dish.

3Put some extra grated cheese on top.

4Bake 1 1/2 hours at 350°.
