- 1 stick butter
- 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach
- 1 large can artichokes
- 1 pt. sour cream
- 1/2 c. finely chopped onion
- 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
Directions

1Cook spinach, drain well.

2Saute onions in butter; mix.

3Stir in 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese into casserole.

4Sprinkle remaining Parmesan cheese on top.

5Crumble crisp bacon over all.

6Bake at 350° for 20 to 30 minutes.
