Spinach Casserole

  • 3 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
  • 1 1/2 cans mushroom soup
  • 1 large Philadelphia cream cheese
  • 1 can French fried onions
  • 1 medium can sliced mushrooms

Directions

    Bring spinach to boil and drain.

    Mix in mushrooms and mushroom soup.

    Cut cream cheese into small pieces and mix in 1/2 of the cheese.

    Put 1/3 of spinach mixture into casserole.

    Dot with several pieces of cream cheese.

    Sprinkle with crushed onion. Repeat until there are three layers, ending with crushed onions. Bake at 350° for 20 to 30 minutes.
