  • 4 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 stick butter or margarine
  • 3 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 1/2 lb. small curd cottage cheese
  • 1/2 lb. American cheese, cut into small pieces
  • 1/2 lb. brick cheese, cut into small pieces

Directions

    Cook and drain spinach; salt and pepper to taste.

    Melt butter.

    Add flour and eggs and mix everything.

    Put into 9 x 12-inch dish and bake at 375° for 45 minutes to 1 hour or until cheese turns slightly brown on top.
