  • 2 pkg. frozen chopped spinach, cooked and drained (3)
  • 1/2 pt. sour cream (1)
  • 1/2 to 2/3 envelope dry onion soup mix (1 envelope)
  • 1/2 c. seasoned stuffing mix, crushed (1)
  • 1/2 stick melted butter (1)

Directions

    Mix spinach, sour cream and soup mix.

    Put in 1 1/2-quart casserole. Top with stuffing mix, then butter.

    Bake at 350° for 20 minutes (until browned).

    Add artichoke hearts, if desired, to garnish.
