- 2 pkg. spinach, chopped and frozen
- 1 pt. sour cream
- 1 pkg. onion soup mix
- 1 (8 oz.) can water chestnuts
- 1/8 tsp. nutmeg
- salt and pepper to taste
- 3/4 to 1 c. grated cheese
Directions

1Cook spinach; drain well.

2Fold sour cream, soup mix, water chestnuts and spices into spinach.

3Bake for 30 minutes, uncovered, at 325°.

4Top with grated cheese for the last 10 minutes of baking.
