  • 2 pkg. spinach, chopped and frozen
  • 1 pt. sour cream
  • 1 pkg. onion soup mix
  • 1 (8 oz.) can water chestnuts
  • 1/8 tsp. nutmeg
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 3/4 to 1 c. grated cheese

Directions

    Cook spinach; drain well.

    Fold sour cream, soup mix, water chestnuts and spices into spinach.

    Bake for 30 minutes, uncovered, at 325°.

    Top with grated cheese for the last 10 minutes of baking.
