- 1 lb. cooked spinach or 1 pkg. frozen spinach, thawed
- 1 lb. cottage cheese
- 8 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 3 Tbsp. flour
Directions

1Mix cheeses with beaten eggs.

2Stir in flour until smooth. Add spinach until well blended.

3Bake at 350° in 1-quart casserole sprayed with vegetable oil.

4Bake one hour.

5Cool about 10 minutes before serving.
