  • 1 lb. cooked spinach or 1 pkg. frozen spinach, thawed
  • 1 lb. cottage cheese
  • 8 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 3 Tbsp. flour

Directions

    Mix cheeses with beaten eggs.

    Stir in flour until smooth. Add spinach until well blended.

    Bake at 350° in 1-quart casserole sprayed with vegetable oil.

    Bake one hour.
