Spinach Casserole

  • 2 pkg. frozen chopped spinach, cooked according to directions on pkg. and then drained well
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 c. melted butter, mixed with Pepperidge Farm herb seasoned stuffing (just enough to cover and brown pretty)

Directions

    Mix first 4 ingredients and put in greased casserole.

    Top with butter and stuffing.

    Bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes. Serves 6 to 8.
