- 1 can artichokes, cut in half
- 3 boxes frozen spinach, chopped with water squeezed out
- 8 oz. cream cheese, mixed with 2 tablespoons mayonnaise and 6 Tbsp. milk
- salt and pepper to taste
- Parmesan cheese
Directions

1Place artichokes in bottom of casserole pan.

2Place spinach over artichokes.

3Spread cream cheese mixture over all.

4Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over top of cheese and bake approximately 40 minutes at 350°.
