Spinach Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 can artichokes, cut in half
  • 3 boxes frozen spinach, chopped with water squeezed out
  • 8 oz. cream cheese, mixed with 2 tablespoons mayonnaise and 6 Tbsp. milk
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • Parmesan cheese

Directions

    Place artichokes in bottom of casserole pan.

    Place spinach over artichokes.
  3. 3
    Spread cream cheese mixture over all.
  4. 4
    Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over top of cheese and bake approximately 40 minutes at 350°.
