- 2 cans spinach
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 4 hard-boiled eggs
- 8 slices American processed cheese
- 1 1/2 c. cracker crumbs
- 1/2 stick margarine, melted
- cooking spray
- 6 slices bacon, cooked and drained on paper towel
Directions

1Spray casserole dish with cooking spray; drain water off spinach.

2Add to casserole dish.

3Add soup; mix well.

4Slice eggs; layer on top.

5Add cheese layer on top of eggs.

6Crumble bacon and layer on top of eggs.

7Mix crumbs and margarine together; cook for about 30 minutes at 350°.
