Spinach Casserole

  • 1 (10 oz.) box frozen chopped spinach
  • 1/2 c. sour cream
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 eggs, well beaten
  • 1 Tbsp. minced onion
  • 1/2 to 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 c. bread crumbs

Directions

    Cook spinach according to package directions.

    Mix everything else together and stir in drained, cooked spinach.

    Sprinkle bread crumbs and cheese on top.

    Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
