  • 2 large cans spinach
  • 1 c. sour cream or plain yogurt
  • 1 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 2 to 3 slices bread, cubed
  • melted butter

Directions

    Drain spinach, pressing out water.

    Mix with sour cream and Parmesan cheese.

    Pour into greased casserole.

    Top with crumbs. Drizzle with melted butter.

    Bake at 350° for 30 to 45 minutes or until thoroughly heated and bread crumbs golden brown.
