- 1- 10 oz. pkg. frozen chopped spinach
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1- 10 3/4 oz. can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 c. shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 2 slices bread, cubed
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- dash of garlic salt
- dash of red pepper
Directions

1Cook spinach, squeeze out all the liquid.

2Combine with the sugar, undiluted soup, egg and cheese.

3Turn into a greased 1 1/2 qt. casserole.

4Melt butter, garlic salt and red pepper in small skillet.

5Toss bread cubes in butter.

6Spread over spinach mixture.

7Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
