  • 1 pkg. frozen spinach, chopped
  • 1/2 small can tomato sauce
  • 1 carton sour cream
  • 1 small can mushrooms
  • sharp cheese, grated

    Cook spinach and drain well.

    Add tomato sauce, sour cream and mushrooms.

    Place in buttered casserole; cover with cheese and bake at 350° for 20 minutes.
