- 1/2 c. margarine
- 1 medium onion, finely chopped
- 1 can water chestnuts, sliced
- 2 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped spinach, cooked
- 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
- 8 oz. sour cream
- 1 jar artichoke hearts
Directions

1Melt margarine.

2Saute 1 medium onion, chopped.

3Add and saute water chestnuts.

4Add spinach, cheese, sour cream and artichoke hearts.

5Pour into greased 2-quart casserole.

6Bake for 30 minutes in a 350° oven.

7Sprinkle with more Parmesan cheese the last 5 minutes of baking.
