- 2 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
- 1/2 stick butter
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1 Tbsp. chicken bouillon granules
- 2 Tbsp. Parmesan/Romano cheese
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 egg
- 2 Tbsp. Italian bread crumbs
Directions

1In a small frying pan, melt butter.

2Saute onion and add thawed and very well drained spinach to the onion.

3Cut cream cheese up and add to spinach.

4Stir until cheese melts.

5Mix egg slightly and add to spinach.

6Add bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese.

7Add chicken bouillon; mix well.

8Put mixture into a baking dish and bake at 350° for 20 minutes.

9You may sprinkle on more bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese before cooking if you wish. Serves 4.
