Spinach Casserole

Ingredients
- 2 lb. ground beef
- 1 Tbsp. oil
- 1/2 Tbsp. garlic powder
- 1 Tbsp. oregano
- 2 boxes frozen spinach, chopped
- 1 (4 oz.) can chopped mushrooms
- 8 oz. sour cream
- 2 cans cream of celery soup
- 1 c. Mozzarella cheese
- 1 c. mild Cheddar cheese (save a little for top of casserole)
Directions

1Place ground beef in 4-quart saucepan; brown in oil.

2Add garlic and oregano.

3Place frozen spinach on top of beef on medium heat until spinach thaws.

4Pour in mushrooms (drained).

5Pour in cheese.

6Mix all together.
-
7Turn off heat.
-
8Mix sour cream and soup together.
-
9Add to mixture and stir.
-
10Place in casserole dish. Sprinkle cheese on top.

11Bake at 400° for 25 minutes.
