Ingredients
- 3 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
- 2 Tbsp. onions, finely chopped
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 3/4 c. milk
- 3 hard-boiled eggs, grated
- 1/3 tsp. nutmeg
- 1 c. grated sharp cheese
- 1 c. bread crumbs
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- salt and red or white pepper
Directions

1Cook spinach in salted water.

2Melt 2 tablespoons butter in skillet.

3Add flour and stir.

4Add milk; cook until thick.

5Remove from heat.

6Add spinach, eggs, chopped onions, nutmeg, salt and red or white pepper to taste.

7Pour into a baking dish.

8Top with grated cheese, then crumbs on top of cheese.

9Dot with 3 tablespoons of butter.

10Bake at 350° for 1/2 hour.
