Spinach Casserole

  • 4 10 oz packages frozen chopped spinach
  • 2 8 oz packages of cream cheese - room temperature
  • 1/2 lb butter - softened
  • 2 beaten eggs
  • 2 cups seasoned stuffing
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Nutmeg

Directions

    Cook spinach according to package directions. Drain well and cool.

    Add cream cheese, 1/4 lb of butter, eggs and seasonings and mix well.

    Put into butter casserole dish. Melt remaining butter and toss with the stuffing. Place over the spinach mixture.

    Bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes.
