- 4 10 oz packages frozen chopped spinach
- 2 8 oz packages of cream cheese - room temperature
- 1/2 lb butter - softened
- 2 beaten eggs
- 2 cups seasoned stuffing
- Salt
- Pepper
- Nutmeg
Directions

1Cook spinach according to package directions. Drain well and cool.

2Add cream cheese, 1/4 lb of butter, eggs and seasonings and mix well.

3Put into butter casserole dish. Melt remaining butter and toss with the stuffing. Place over the spinach mixture.

4Bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes.
