- 2 pkg. frozen spinach (Stokely's is best)
- 2 small cans condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1 c. milk
- 1 (6 oz.) can French fried onions, divided
Directions

1Cook spinach just until ice is gone.

2In a bowl, combine soup, milk and any other seasonings, if desired.

3Gently stir in spinach.

4Spoon half of mixture in a 2-quart greased casserole or a 12 x 8-inch dish.

5Sprinkle half the onions on top.

6Spoon remaining spinach mixture over onions.

7Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.

8Sprinkle remaining onions on top the last 5 minutes of baking time, or until onions are brown and crispy.

9Yields 8 to 10 servings.
