Spinach Cheese Bake

  • 8 oz. bacon, chopped
  • 1 large onion, diced
  • 7 oz. pasta curls, cooked and drained
  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
  • 1 (15 oz.) container Ricotta cheese
  • 2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
  • 1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp. dried basil
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 3 eggs

Directions

    In a large skillet, cook bacon over medium heat until crisp. Remove bacon; pour off all but 3 tablespoons of drippings.

    Add onion.

    Reduce heat to low.

    Cook, stirring occasionally, 10 minutes or until golden.

    Remove from heat.
