- 6 eggs or egg substitute of equal volume
- 6 rounded Tbsp. flour
- 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen, chopped spinach
- 1 Tbsp. dry onion flakes
- 2 Tbsp. oregano
- 8 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
Directions

1Drain spinach well, squeeze with paper towel.

2Butter deep casserole dish or 2 more shallow casserole dishes.

3Combine all ingredients; stir well.
