  • 1 small box strawberry Jell-O
  • 4 eggs, well beaten
  • 1 c. oil
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 1/2 c. frozen strawberries, thawed (mostly berries)
  • 1/2 c. frozen strawberries, mostly juice for frosting
  • 1/2 stick butter, softened
  • 1 box powdered sugar

Directions

    Mix together cake mix and jello.

    Add well beaten eggs, oil and water; mix well.

    Add 1/2 cup strawberries, mostly berries. Bake at 325°.

    Let cake cool completely before frosting.
