  • 1 box Knorr vegetable soup mix
  • 1 c. mayonnaise (reduced fat)
  • 1 medium onion, chopped fine
  • 1 round loaf of pumpernickel bread
  • 1 pt. sour cream (fat-free, if possible)
  • 1 pkg. frozen, chopped spinach

    Thaw spinach.

    Drain.

    Press out as much water as possible. Mix all, refrigerate 24 hours.
