  • 1 (10 ounce) box frozen chopped spinach, thawed
  • 1 (16 ounce) container sour cream
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 13 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 14 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 (1 ounce) packet Hidden Valley Ranch dip

Directions

    Put the thawed spinach on a linen towel and twist tight to squeeze out all the water of the spinach.

    Put all the ingredients including spinach into a bowl and mix well.

    Refrigerate covered overnight for the flavors to meld before serving.

    I like to serve this dip at room temperature.
