Spinach Dip

Ingredients

  • 2 c. mayonnaise
  • 1/2 c. parsley sprigs
  • 1/2 small onion
  • 1 small clove garlic
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed, drained well on paper towels

Directions

    In covered blender container blend all ingredients at high speed just until finely minced.

    Remove to bowl.

    Cover. Refrigerate at least 4 hours.

    Makes 2 3/4 cups.

    Can be made a day or two before using.
