  • 2 pkg. frozen spinach
  • 1 pkg. Mrs. Grass or Knorr vegetable soup mix (dry soup)
  • 16 oz. sour cream
  • 1 Tbsp. grated cheese
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 can water chestnuts, drained and diced
  • round loaf of dark bread (optional)

Directions

    Cook spinach and drain well.

    Mix all ingredients. Refrigerate at least 4 hours. Best if used the next day.
