- 1 c. nonfat sour cream
- 1 c. fat free mayonnaise
- frozen spinach
- 1 can water chestnuts
- 1 loaf round bread
- 1 loaf long bread
- 1 pkg. leek onion spinach mix
Directions

1Combine the sour cream and mayonnaise.

2Boil the spinach until separated.

3Then when finished, strain until no water is left. Put drained spinach in same bowl as the sour cream and mayonnaise. Chop the chestnuts and put them in the same bowl.

4Add the package of leek onion soup mix.

5Now mix with wire whisk.

6Now set in refrigerator with foil over the top.

7Hollow out the round loaf of bread.

8Cut the long loaf of bread into bite-size pieces.

9Put spinach dip in the hollowed out round loaf when ready to serve.
