- 1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach, well drained
- 1 pkg. Knorr leek soup
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1 small can water chestnuts, chopped
- 1 round French bread
Directions

1Drain spinach and wrap in paper towels.

2Let stand while mixing in all other ingredients.

3Mix well and fold in spinach.

4Chill at least 2 hours.

5Cut out top of round French bread.

6Pull out insides; cut into bite size pieces for dipping.

7Put dip in hollowed out bread crust.

8Can be made the day before.
