  • 3 eggs
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 3 tsp. salad oil
  • 1 c. sifted flour

    Lightly grease popover pans.

    In medium size bowl with rotary mixer, beat eggs and milk with oil until well combined.

    Sift flour with salt over egg mixture until smooth.

    Pour into prepared pan, filling about 1/2 full.

    Bake for 45 to 50 minutes at 400° until golden brown.

    Serve hot.
