Spinach Dip

  • 1 small pkg. frozen chopped spinach
  • 1 small can chopped chestnuts
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1 c. margarine
  • 1 pkg. Lipton onion dry soup mix (use only one envelope)

Directions

    Thaw spinach; chop chestnuts into small pieces.

    Put everything together in small mixing bowl and beat with electric mixer until blended.

    Store in refrigerator 1 day before using. Good with raw vegetables and crackers.
