  • 10 oz. frozen spinach, thawed and chopped
  • 1/3 c. fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/3 c. 1% low-fat cottage cheese
  • 1/3 c. reduced calorie mayonnaise
  • 1/4 c. nonfat buttermilk
  • 3 Tbsp. lemon juice, freshly squeezed
  • 1/4 c. green onions, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. grated onion
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. black pepper
  • dash of Worcestershire sauce

Directions

    Drain spinach; press between paper towels to remove excess moisture.

    Combine all the ingredients in a blender or food processor until smooth.

    Transfer to a bowl.

    Cover and chill thoroughly.

    Serve with low calorie crackers, pita bread or raw vegetables.
