- 10 oz. frozen spinach, thawed and chopped
- 1/3 c. fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/3 c. 1% low-fat cottage cheese
- 1/3 c. reduced calorie mayonnaise
- 1/4 c. nonfat buttermilk
- 3 Tbsp. lemon juice, freshly squeezed
- 1/4 c. green onions, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. grated onion
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. black pepper
- dash of Worcestershire sauce
Directions

1Drain spinach; press between paper towels to remove excess moisture.

2Combine all the ingredients in a blender or food processor until smooth.

3Transfer to a bowl.

4Cover and chill thoroughly.

5Serve with low calorie crackers, pita bread or raw vegetables.
