  • 1 box frozen, chopped spinach
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1 pkg. Knorr vegetable soup mix
  • 1 can water chestnuts, cut into small pieces
  • 1 to 2 Tbsp. onion, chopped fine

    Defrost and drain spinach.

    Pull apart and chop fine.

    Add mayonnaise, sour cream, vegetable soup, chestnuts and onion; mix well and refrigerate.
