  • 3 chopped scallions
  • 1 can water chestnuts, chopped
  • 1 pkg. Knorr vegetable soup mix

    Squeeze water from spinach.

    Mix remaining ingredients in large bowl.

    Mix thoroughly and chill for 1 hour.

    Nice when served with sliced pumpernickel!
