- 6 green onions
- 1 c. low-fat cottage cheese
- 1 c. plain yogurt
- 1 (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and well drained
- 2 Tbsp. fresh lime juice
- 1 tsp. curry powder
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- pinch of pepper
- 1 large purple cabbage
- assorted fresh vegetables
Directions

1Cut onions into 1-inch pieces.

2Position knife blade in food processor bowl; add green onions.

3Top with cover; process until chopped.

4Remove cover; add cottage cheese and yogurt.

5Top with cover; process one minute or until smooth.

6Remove top; add spinach, lime juice and seasonings.

7Top with cover and pulse two or three times or until mixed well.

8Chill until serving time.
