  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach
  • 3/4 c. fresh chopped parsley
  • 1/2 c. chopped scallions
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 2 tsp. fresh dill, chopped
  • 1 tsp. flavor enhancer (optional)
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • hot pepper and Worcestershire sauce

Directions

    Defrost spinach.

    Mix with other ingredients.

    Serve in a hollowed out rye or pumpernickel round bread.

    Cut bread in bite size pieces.

    Place around outside of loaf.

    This is great as a veggie dip, too.
