  • 1 pkg. chopped frozen spinach (10 oz.)
  • 2 scant c. mayonnaise
  • 1/2 c. parsley flakes or chopped, fresh parsley
  • 1 tsp. onion flakes or finely chopped green onions (1 Tbsp.)
  • 1 tsp. pepper
  • 1 tsp. salt

Directions

    Defrost spinach completely and drain off liquid.

    Mix together all ingredients.

    Refrigerate for 24 hours.
