  • 4 lavash
  • 1 sweet pepper
  • 1 cucumber
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 200 grams sausage
  • 150 grams cheese
  • 1 mayonnaise

Directions

    Wash and slice or dice vegetables.

    Dice sausage and grate cheese.

    Put it all in a big bowl and stir.

    Put a bit of this mix onto a half of a lavash leaf, add some mayonnaise or any sauce you like and wrap it up in the form of an envelope.
