  • 2 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise
  • 1/2 c. chopped green onions
  • 1/4 c. parsley
  • 1 small clove garlic, crushed
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach, thawed and drained well on paper towels

Directions

    In covered blender container, blend all ingredients at high speed just until finely chopped.

    Cover; refrigerate at least 4 hours.

    Makes 2 3/4 cups.

    Can be made 1 or 2 days before serving.
