Spinach Dip

Ingredients

  • 2 c. sour cream
  • 1 c. mayo
  • 1 pkg. Knorr leek soup (dry)
  • 1/2 c. chopped green onion or scallions
  • 1 tsp. dill weed
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach, thawed, drained and chopped
  • 1 or 2 loaves round bread, uncut (sourdough or pumpernickel)

Directions

    Mix sour cream and mayo.

    Add remaining ingredients (excluding bread).

    Cover and chill at least 4 hours.

    Cut out top of bread. Remove soft insides.

    Put dip inside.

    Serve with bread around bread bowl.

    Also good with veggies.
