- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
- 1 (16 oz.) sour cream
- 3/4 c. mayonnaise
- 2 tsp. Dijon style mustard
- 2 envelopes spring vegetables recipe blend
- 1 (8 oz.) sliced water chestnuts
- 3 green onions, chopped
- 1 hollowed bread round
Directions

1Combine spinach, sour cream, mayonnaise and mustard in a large bowl.

2Stir in envelopes of spring vegetables, water chestnuts and green onions.

3Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours.

4To serve, stir well and spoon into hollowed bread round.

5Arrange bread cubes, crackers or fresh vegetable pieces around bread for dipping.
