  • 1 box Knorr vegetable soup mix
  • 1 can water chestnuts
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • paprika

    Cook spinach and drain, squeezing excess liquid out.

    Chop water chestnuts.

    Mix all ingredients and chill before serving. Sprinkle with paprika.
