- 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach
- 1/2 c. water
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 5 to 6 drops red pepper sauce
- 1 pkg. dry vegetable soup mix (without noodles)
- 1 c. sour cream (with chives)
Directions

1Defrost spinach; drain thoroughly and set aside.

2Place soup mix and water in a small bowl.

3Cover with plastic wrap. Microwave on High for 1 minute.

4Let stand covered until vegetables are rehydrated.

5Place cream cheese in large bowl. Microwave at 50% (medium) for 1 to 1 1/2 minutes until softened. Mix in rehydrated soup mix, spinach, sour cream and red pepper sauce.

6Serve with toasted bread cubes, crackers or carrot sticks.
