- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1 10 oz. pkg. frozen spinach, thawed
- 1 1/2 pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 or 3 artichoke hearts, drained and chopped (or 2 6 oz. jars)
- 2 tsp. lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp. minced garlic
Directions

1Drain as much water as possible (press between paper towels) from spinach.

2Mix all ingredients together and put in pie pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes or until edges are slightly browned.
