- 1 1/2 c. sour cream
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach
- 1 pkg. Knorr leek soup mix (gourmet section)
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1 (9 oz.) can water chestnuts (optional)
- 3 green onions, chopped
- 1 round loaf French or sourdough bread
Directions

1Thaw and drain spinach.

2Mix together all ingredients. Refrigerate for 4 to 6 hours before serving.

3Hollow out center of bread and pour dip into it.

4Break up hollowed out bread for dipping; add breadsticks, raw vegetables and more bread for dipping.
