Spinach Dip

  • 16 oz. sour cream
  • 1 pkg. Knorr vegetable soup mix or Lipton
  • 8 oz. mayonnaise
  • 1 box thawed spinach (squeeze liquid out)
  • green onions (as many as desired)
  • 1 small can water chestnuts, finely chopped

Directions

    Mix all ingredients together and chill. Hollow out a round loaf of bread (preferably rye or pumpernickel).

    Save the pieces of bread removed and use them for dipping.

    You can use crackers or cut up vegetables.
