  • 1 c. low-fat cottage cheese
  • 1 c. plain low-fat yogurt
  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach, chopped, cooked, cooled and drained well
  • 1/4 c. chopped onions
  • 2 Tbsp. fresh lime or lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp. Morton Seasons seasoning blend

Directions

    Combine all ingredients in blender and whirl until smooth. Transfer to medium size bowl with cover.
