  • 1 can water chestnuts, cut up
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained well, squeeze in hands
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 c. sour cream

Directions

    Squeeze all of the moisture out of the spinach.

    Mix all ingredients together and refrigerate overnight.
